Pearl Publishing, LLC., is seeking to register the U.S. Trademark "The Book of Mormon Bicentennial®." However, they are facing some opposition from their trademark attorney. Pearl has a competent legal team with some expertise in business matters. I owned the gold plates! There's no doubt about it. Can I prove it in court of law?
