How the Latter-day Saint/Mormon Church Used the History and Story of the "Gold Plates of Mormon" To Deceive the World and Become The Wealthiest Private Institution In Recorded History

A new worldwide religious/spiritual movement began in the United States in 2004.

It is called, A Marvelous Work and a Wonder® (MWAW).

We are the Real Illuminati®—a title that our chosen publisher has legally trademark for the protection and integrity of our work. We refer to "our work" as A Marvelous Work and a Wonder® in order to fulfill a prophecy we wrote about our group in our new American scripture, The Book of Mormon:

"And behold [we] will be among the [Americans and Europeans], and the Gentiles shall know [us] not.

"[We]. will also be among the Jews, and the Jews shall know [us] not.

"And it shall come to pass, when the Lord seeth fit in his wisdom that [we] shall minister unto all the scattered tribes of Israel, and unto all nations, kindreds, tongues and people, and shall bring out of them unto Jesus many souls, that [our] desire may be fulfilled, and also because of the convincing power of God which is in [us].

"And [we] are as the angels of God, and if [we] shall pray unto the Father in the name of Jesus [we] can show [ourselves] unto whatsoever man it seemeth [us] good.

"Therefore, great and marvelous works shall be wrought by [us], before the great and coming day when all people must surely stand before the judgment-seat of Christ;

"Yea even among the Gentiles shall there be a great and marvelous work wrought by [us], before that judgment day.

"And if ye had all the scriptures which give an account of all the marvelous works of Christ, ye would, according to the words of Christ, know that these things must surely come.

"And wo be unto him that will not hearken unto the words of Jesus, and also to [us] whom he hath chosen and sent among them; for whoso receiveth not the words of Jesus and the words of those whom he hath sent receiveth not him; and therefore he will not receive them at the last day;

"And it would be better for them if they had not been born. For do ye suppose that ye can get rid of the justice of an offended God, who hath been trampled under feet of men, that thereby salvation might come?"

As to the copyrights held by Pearl Publishing, and according to the orthodox legal interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, we hold "exclusive rights" to "our work," which is dedicated solely to "the creation and spread of knowledge and learning":

"Congress may grant Authors exclusive rights to their Writings in order to promote the Progress of Science. (The Progress of Science, at the time of the Framing, referred to the creation and spread of knowledge and learning.) ... Under the IP Clause, copyrights and patents are based on a utilitarian rationale that exclusive rights are necessary to provide incentives to create new artistic works and technological inventions. Without legal protection, competitors could freely copy such creations, denying the original creators the ability to recoup their investments in time and effort, reducing the incentive to create in the first place."

The sole purpose of the MWAW is to spread knowledge and learning without requiring payment or any other financial obligation. The sole purpose of the "gold plates" was the same, i.e., to spread knowledge and learning without requiring payment or any other financial obligation.

The "gold plates" were "based on a utilitarian rationale" to inspire new thoughts, thus hoping to inspire new action, in the Christian community.

We invented the gold plates with the above in mind.

We have never, nor will we ever, profit from the publication of "our work."

However, because of the cost required to publish and promote our work, we have assigned our constitutional "exclusive rights" over to Pearl Publishing, LLC. We do not dictate to this publisher how to publish and present our work to the general public. The MWAW movement ("our work") was, and is, based on the existence of "gold plates."

*The MWAW movement ("our work") was, and is, based on the existence of "gold plates," as described in the 1842 Times and Seasons, published (in serial form) in Nauvoo, Illinois; and first published in book form in the 1851 Pearl of Great Price (first edition):

"While I [Joseph Smith, Jr.] was thus in the act of calling upon God, I discovered a light appearing in my room, which continued to increase until the room was lighter than at noonday, when immediately a personage appeared at my bedside, standing in the air, for his feet did not touch the floor.

"He had on a loose robe of most exquisite whiteness. It was a whiteness beyond anything earthly I had ever seen; nor do I believe that any earthly thing could be made to appear so exceedingly white and brilliant. His hands were naked, and his arms also, a little above the wrist; so, also, were his feet naked, as were his legs, a little above the ankles. His head and neck were also bare. I could discover that he had no other clothing on but this robe, as it was open, so that I could see into his bosom.

"Not only was his robe exceedingly white, but his whole person was glorious beyond description, and his countenance truly like lightning. The room was exceedingly light, but not so very bright as immediately around his person. When I first looked upon him, I was afraid; but the fear soon left me.

"He called me by name, and said unto me that he was a messenger sent from the presence of God to me, and that his name was Moroni [pronounced Mō-rōʹnī or Moh-ROH-nye]; that God had a work for me to do; and that my name should be had for good and evil among all nations, kindreds, and tongues, or that it should be both good and evil spoken of among all people.

"He said there was a book deposited, written upon gold plates, giving an account of the former inhabitants of this continent, and the source from whence they sprang. He also said that the fulness of the everlasting Gospel was contained in it, as delivered by the Savior to the ancient inhabitants;

"Also, that there were two stones in silver bows—and these stones, fastened to a breastplate, constituted what is called the Urim and Thummim—deposited with the plates; and the possession and use of these stones were what constituted "seers" in ancient or former times; and that God had prepared them for the purpose of translating the book."

Joseph Smith Jr. did not personally publish the above history excerpt during his lifetime.  He dictated the underlying history in 1838 (starting around April/May in Far West, Missouri, as part of a larger official Church history), and portions of it—including the account of his early visions—were first serialized in the Church newspaper Times and Seasons beginning in March 1842 (while he was editor in Nauvoo, Illinois).

The specific excerpt above was compiled and published posthumously (Joseph Smith was murdered in 1844). It first appeared in print as part of the initial 1851 edition of The Pearl of Great Price, a pamphlet compiled by Elder Franklin D. Richards (an Apostle and president of the LDS/Mormon British Mission) in Liverpool, England. This 1851 publication included selected writings and revelations from Joseph Smith, with "Extracts from the History of Joseph Smith" (now Joseph Smith—History) drawn from the 1838–1842 history.

The Pearl of Great Price as a whole was later officially canonized as scripture by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on October 10, 1880, during general conference. These more modern church leaders originally deceived the world with the canonization of the historical excerpt given above. The LDS leaders did not want the world to know that Joseph Smith, Jr. had given a few different versions of the origins of the gold plates and what is currently called Joseph's First Vision.

The same year that we published the greater, sealed portion of our gold plates (The Sealed Portion—The Final Testament of Jesus Christ, pub. 2004), the LDS/Mormon Church was under a lot of scrutiny for hiding documents and not being very transparent with its true history. Subsequently, the LDS/Mormon Church started publishing a lot of original documents it called, The Joseph Smith Papers Project.

This project was endorsed by the U.S. National Historical Publications and Records Commission in 2004 for its rigorous scholarly approach. According to the LDS/Mormon Church, the main reasons for launching the Joseph Smith Papers Project then included:

• Providing an exhaustive, accurately transcribed, and annotated resource for scholars, Church members, and the public to study Joseph Smith's life, revelations, administration, and early Church history without relying on incomplete or outdated editions.

• Promoting greater historical transparency and accessibility amid growing interest in primary sources for Latter-day Saint history and 19th-century American religion.

• Fulfilling a long-standing Church emphasis on record-keeping (dating back to revelations given to Joseph Smith himself in 1830 commanding records be kept).

• Responding to the need for a definitive edition that includes over 2,000 documents across journals, revelations, histories, administrative records, and more—many previously scattered, unpublished, or only partially available.

However, the LDS/Mormon Church has NOT been transparent and honest about the gold plates that the leaders and members believe were given to Joseph Smith, Jr. by the Angel Moroni. In fact, one of its leaders openly lied and deceived the members during the 2016 October Semi-Annual Worldwide LDS General Conference.

Accordingly, in order to protect the integrity of our work from the great deceptions that have been generated by the LDS/Mormon leaders since the time of Brigham Young, who started a new church in the Salt Lake Valley after the murder of Joseph Smith in 1844, we wrote and published a book that provides substantial empirical evidence of, not only the fraud and deception of the modern Latter-day Saint leaders, but also of the Real Truth® about how and why we created a new American scripture, The Book of Mormon. The story and history of the gold plates has not changed with time. However, it is notable that the sealed portion of the gold plates was hardly ever discussed. According to accepted LDS history, Joseph Smith, Jr. counseled the eight (8) witnesses to whom he was allowed to show the plates, not to speak about the gold plates outside of their written, signed, and sworn testimonies.

The three main witnesses testified,

"... that an angel of God came down from heaven, and he brought and laid before our eyes, that we beheld and saw the plates, and the engravings thereon; ..."

None of the 11 witnesses to the gold plates spoke much about the sealed part. The only known verification that 2/3 of the gold plates were sealed, came from the text of the unsealed part itself, and a few comments made by David Whitmer, even after he had turned on Joseph Smith and called him a fallen, false prophet.

It was reported:

"The plates were shown [to] us [and the] leaves turned over. A portion of them were sealed. We also heard a voice commanding us to bear a testimony of these things to the world…."

LDS/Mormon authorities, scholars, pundits, and researchers are very uncomfortable speaking about the sealed part of the gold plates. The only way that one can get the information about the sealed, greater part, which is plentiful, clear, and profound, is to read and study the 1830 The Book of Mormon.

The LDS/Mormon Church, its leaders and members, don't want to talk about it. They don't want the world to know about it. This reluctance is caused by what their own "word of God," The Book of Mormon, reveals about them, because, according to them, the greater, sealed part has not yet been revealed and translated.

What the 1830 The Book of Mormon says about the sealed portion of the plates is plentiful. It is profound. And it clearly states that the LDS/Mormon people, as well as ALL those who believe in The Book of Mormon, as another word of God along with the Bible, are condemned, misled, deceived, and have been "delivered to the hardness of their hearts and the blindness of their minds unto their being brought down into captivity, and  also into destruction, both temporally and spiritually, according to the captivity of the devil."

The prophecies of The Book of Mormon clearly explain that the modern LDS/Mormon people, and their leaders, are being held captive by the chains of hell.

This is why the LDS/Mormon Church does not speak of the sealed portion of the gold plates, and has deceptively withheld any indication that there is a "sealed part" that has not yet been revealed. Because if it has not been revealed yet, then the people are not worthy to receive it, because they are evil. This is a very hard thing to admit.

This is information about the gold plates that the LDS/Mormon General Authorities try hard to keep away from the members. These leaders have purposefully and deceptively "transfigured the holy word of God," [The Book of Mormon, the unsealed part that Joseph Smith published in 1830].

According to their own scriptures, the LDS/Mormon people are a "wicked and perverse and stiffnecked (prideful) people," who have "built up churches unto yourselves to get gain" and have become the wealthiest church upon the face of the earth. Tithes and donations that come into the coffers of this church are enormous and very substantial. The Church uses investment firms that invest money into the stock market, investment portfolios, and into other capital ventures, with only one purpose in mind: acquiring more wealth.

The LDS/Mormon Church has corrupted the "hope in Christ" that our gold plates were meant to instill in the minds and hearts of the people for whom we invented them (the gold plates). We invented them for the sole purpose of spreading knowledge and learning, without requiring payment or any other financial obligation, that would bring salvation, peace, and life eternal. Again, this was the overall purpose of our A Marvelous Work and a Wonder®. We were fulfilling the prophecies that we invented and incorporated into the unsealed portion of the gold plates to warn the people, to "try the faith of my people."

Here are the clear and profound words attributed to the ancient prophet Mormon, who, according to our new American scripture's narrative, was the main author of the unsealed portion of the gold plates:

"And these things have I written [in the 1830 The Book of Mormon], which are a lesser part of the things which [Jesus] taught the people; and I have written them to the intent that they may be brought again unto this people, from the [modern LDS/Mormon people who would have Mormon's words in the future in 1830], according to the words which Jesus hath spoken.

"And when the [modern LDS/Mormon people who would have Mormon's words in the future in 1830] shall have received this [meaning the 1830 The Book of Mormon], which is expedient that they should have first, to try their faith, and if it shall so be that they shall believe these things [meaning the unsealed part of the plates, 1830 The Book of Mormon] then shall the greater things be made manifest unto them [meaning the fullness of the mysteries of God as taught during the Second Coming of Christ, in all of his glory with his holy angels, to the ancient inhabitants of the Western Hemisphere, read in context with 3 Nephi 26:1-7].

"And if it so be that they will not believe these things  [meaning the unsealed part of the plates, 1830 The Book of Mormon], then shall the greater things [meaning the fullness of the mysteries of God as taught during the Second Coming of Christ in all of his glory with his holy angels to the ancient inhabitants of the Western Hemisphere, read in context with 3 Nephi 26:1-7] be withheld from them, unto their condemnation.

**Mormon was referring to the Second Coming of the Resurrected Jesus, the Christ, to deliver "the fulness of the everlasting Gospel ... to the ancient inhabitants" of the American continent, as established in the narrative written for the invention, presentation, and concept of the gold plates.

It is VERY CLEAR what the "gold plates" were all about:

"He said there was a book deposited, written upon gold plates, giving an account of the former inhabitants of this continent, and the source from whence they sprang. He also said that the fulness of the everlasting Gospel was contained in it, as delivered by the Savior to the ancient inhabitants;"

The Resurrected Christ "expound[ed] all things even from the beginning until the time that he should come in his glory [a THIRD TIME]—yea, even all things which should come upon the face of the earth, even until the elements should melt with fervent heat, and the earth should be wrapt together as a scroll, and the heavens and the earth should pass away." (See BOM, 3 Nephi 26:3.)

Mormon wanted to reveal ALL that Jesus taught the people. Mormon wanted to tell the future readers of his book ALL of "the mysteries of God in FULL." Not just a part. Not just a few. Mormon wanted to fulfill what the prophet Alma explained people needed to do and know in order to avoid being wrapped in the chains of hell.

The people need "to know the mysteries of God until [they] know them in full." And if the people only have "the lesser portion of the word," they will KNOW NOTHING CONCERNING HIS MYSTERIES!"

Here is what The Book of Mormon says about "delving into so-called mysteries":

"And therefore, he that will harden his heart, the same receiveth the lesser portion of the word; and he that will not harden his heart, to him is given the greater portion of the word, until it is given unto him to know the mysteries of God until he know them in full.

"And they that will harden their hearts, to them is given the lesser portion of the word until they know nothing concerning his mysteries; and then they are taken captive by the devil, and led by his will down to destruction. Now this is what is meant by the chains of hell."

(BOM, Alma 12:10-11)

The LDS/Mormon people know little, to nothing, about the mysteries of God. Their leaders counsel them to avoid the mysteries and concentrate on what their living prophets tell them. They completely ignore what was taught on the gold plates. They have been "taken captive by the devil, and led by his will down to destruction," because of the wickedness and deceptions of their leaders.

Here is what LDS/Mormon leaders tell their members:

Leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have repeatedly counseled members to avoid speculating on or delving deeply into "mysteries" (unrevealed or speculative doctrines, hidden things, or topics not clearly taught in scripture and by current prophets). Instead, they emphasize focusing on revealed truths, core doctrines, and heeding the counsel of living prophets and apostles.

This guidance appears in official Church publications, general conference talks, teaching manuals, and handbooks. The reasoning is that speculation can lead to deception, distraction from essential salvation principles, false doctrine, contention, or spiritual instability. True revelation and deeper understanding come through obedience [not to the counsel of God given in scripture, but from modern leaders], personal righteousness, and the living prophet's guidance—not private theorizing or "deep dives" into unresolved questions.

Key examples from LDS Church leaders and sources on trying to understand the mysteries of God:

• Boyd K. Packer (former President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles) taught: "One of the surest ways to avoid even getting near false doctrine is to choose to be simple in our teaching. Safety is gained by that simplicity, and little is lost by ignoring the mysteries." He emphasized inviting the Holy Ghost by avoiding speculation or personal interpretation, as the Spirit confirms truth but not sensational or unconfirmed ideas.

• Current Prophet, Seer, and Revelator Dallin H. Oaks and others have warned against being "tossed to and fro... with every wind of doctrine" (Ephesians 4:14), urging members to stick to fundamentals rather than complicating or speculating on them.

• Elder Dale G. Renlund (in recent years) stated: "Speculation will not lead to greater spiritual knowledge, but it can lead us to deception or divert our focus from what has been revealed." He stressed relying on prophets rather than demanding or chasing unrevealed things.

• Former President Russell M. Nelson has encouraged seeking guidance from "prophets, seers, and revelators" and the Holy Ghost, while avoiding counsel from unreliable sources. He has promoted "thinking celestial" by focusing on revealed priorities.

• In a 1994 general conference talk ("Deep Roots"), a leader counseled: "God has revealed everything necessary for our salvation. We should teach and dwell on the things that have been revealed and avoid delving into so-called mysteries." Teachers (in classes, homes, etc.) should base instruction on scriptures and words of latter-day prophets.

The LDS/Mormon people and their leaders do NOT base their instruction on scriptures, especially when the scriptures contradict their living leaders, of whom the members are taught that God would not allow His leaders to mislead His church.

Two years before he was murdered, Joseph Smith, Jr. finally revealed who the god was that the LDS/Mormon people were listening to and from whom they were receiving answers to their prayers.

The 1842 temple endowment presentation is VERY CLEAR!

ONLY LUCIFER, THE GOD OF THIS WORLD, WHO IS ALSO THE GOD OF THE LDS PEOPLE, IS HEARING AND ANSWERING THEIR PRAYERS!

THE GOLD PLATES PRESENT THE RESURRECTED JESUS, THE CHRIST, THE SON OF MAN, RETURNING AGAIN TO THE EARTH, A SECOND TIME, IN HIS GLORY, THE HOLY ANGELS WITH HIM (See BOM, 3 Nephi 17:24), TO TEACH THE PEOPLE LIVING UPON THE EARTH WHAT KIND OF CHURCH, RELIGION, AND FAITH-BASED INSTITUTION THEY NEED TO SET UP ON EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN, TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT GOD REQUIRES OF THEM—THE ONLY THING BY WHICH ALL NATIONS OF THE EARTH SHALL BE JUDGED: DID YOU SOLVE POVERTY?

This is the "hope in Christ" that our gold plates attempted to inspire and instill in the hearts and minds of European-American Christians. The text of both the unsealed and sealed portions of the gold plates, reveal what this "hope in Christ" encourages the people to do.

NOTHING ... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ... found in the text of the gold plates, in either part, commands a person to do things that the modern LDS/Mormon leaders expect and command of the members of this church.

The early American Christians to whom we presented our new scripture, rejected the idea that other cultures, especially darker-skinned races, were equal with them in God’s eyes. They have rejected the message we intended for our Book of Mormon even to modern times. The Mormon religions that pretend a belief in our new scripture have not incorporated one part of the doctrines, teachings, or examples we presented in our new scripture.

In fact, our 1830 The Book of Mormon condemns almost all of the modern LDS/Mormon religion’s doctrines and teachings.

Modern, and earlier, Mormons believe in continued revelation, which is that Mormon leaders receive instruction from God, even if these instructions override and contradict their own scripture.

Knowing of this potential, we included the “sealed part” of our storyline in The Book of Mormon to allow us later opportunity to counter the way that our new American scripture would be transfigured by the LDS/Mormon religion. We finally published our The Sealed Portion of the Book of Mormon in 2004.

Tens of thousands of LDS/Mormon missionaries travel throughout the world with the unsealed part of gold plates in hand. They no longer are allowed to teach or speak about the sealed part of the gold plates from which they claim God has revealed His will to the people on Earth.

These missionaries entice the people to convert to their church to be eternally sealed to their families forever.

The Eternal Family Unit is a modern doctrine that DOES NOT EXIST anywhere on our gold plates.

Converts are taught that they must pay their tithing in order to be saved, and in order to take their families to extravagant and opulent temples.

They teach that God uses the wealth of God's ONLY TRUE AND LIVING CHURCH ON EARTH to build more temples, so that when Jesus comes again, the RESURRECTED CHRIST will not have to teach the mysteries of God, as he did to the ancient inhabitants of the American continent. He will command people to attend to the temple ordinances and perform them throughout the thousands of temples built throughout the world to redeem the dead, and save the dead from a certain hell.

They imply that their Jesus, the Christ, the one that runs their church, will change all of his doctrine, change the entire "fulness of the everlasting Gospel" that he taught to the ancient Book of Mormon people; that it wasn't actually "everlasting" because it changes over time.

These corrupt and deceitful missionaries will teach that the abomination for baptizing people "who died without the law," is not an abomination any longer ... it's his new GOSPEL ... HIS NEW HOPE!

The LDS/Mormon doctrine teaches that a person cannot be saved unless they meet the financial obligations that are set as commandments of God, not by God, not by scripture, but by THE CHURCH!

They are fulfilling the prophecy of their own ancient prophets, who saw their day in modern times, "Yea, it shall come in a day when there shall be churches built up that shall say: Come unto me, and for your money you shall be forgiven of your sins." 

THEIR OWN ANCIENT PROPHET, MORONI, the same angel who appeared to the 17 year-old Joseph Smith, Jr. and told him about our gold plates that contained a book, PROPHESIED ABOUT WHAT THE MODERN LATTER-DAY SAINT PEOPLE WOULD DO TO HIS FATHER'S (MORMON'S) BOOK.

He wrote it perfectly and clearly:

After referring to the record that he (Moroni) would write and seal up "and hid up the records in the earth" ...

After explaining that "there are none that do know the true God save it be the disciples of Jesus (the Three Nephites, n.k.a. the Real Illuminati®), who did tarry in the land until the wickedness of the people was so great that the Lord would not suffer them to remain with the people" ...

After giving his own testimony of the importance and relevance of the Real Illuminati®, along with his father's testimony of the ONLY PEOPLE ON THE EARTH WHO ARE REALLY ILLUMINATED WITH REAL TRUTH®—"But behold, my father and I have seen them, and they have ministered unto us" ...

After counseling that "whoso receiveth this record [meaning both his father's unsealed part and his sealed part], and shall not condemn it because of the imperfections which are in it, the same shall know of greater things than these. Behold, I am Moroni; and were it possible, I would make all things known unto you" ...

Moroni then speaks prophetically to the modern LDS/Mormon people who will receive his and his father's record "out of the earth."

He counsels, as did the resurrected Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ, to "Search the prophecies of Isaiah." And there isn't a LDS/Mormon leader, scholar, priest, or pundit that can explain the "prophecies of Isaiah," like we can, as we will do in our upcoming book, The Christ Zeitgeist.

Moroni doesn't pull any punches when he describes the conditions of the people who receive his and his father's record. He sees them in the future. He tells them that "the Lord hath shown unto me great and marvelous things concerning that which must shortly come, at that day when these things [meaning both the unsealed and sealed portions of the gold plates] shall come forth among you."

Moroni speaks to the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, EXACTLY like their own Apostle, Gary Stevenson, addressed them during the 2016 October General Conference:

"Behold, I speak unto you as if ye were present, and yet ye are not. But behold, Jesus Christ hath shown you unto me, and I know your doing."

But the billionaire LDS Apostle Stevenson "transfigured the word of God," EXACTLY like Moroni prophesied that he would do:

"O ye wicked and perverse and stiffnecked people, why have ye built up churches unto yourselves to get gain [and become the wealthiest church on Earth]? Why have ye transfigured the holy word of God, that ye might bring damnation upon your souls? Behold, look ye unto the revelations of God; for behold, the time cometh at that day when all these things must be fulfilled."

Moroni saw "the doing" of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and he didn't transfigure anything, nor mince his words. He spoke directly to the members and leaders of this corrupt church and its "doing":

"And I know that ye do walk in the pride of your hearts; and there are none save a few only who do not lift themselves up in the pride of their hearts, unto the wearing of very fine apparel, unto envying, and strifes, and malice, and persecutions, and all manner of iniquities; and your churches, yea, even every one, have become polluted because of the pride of your hearts.

"For behold, ye do love money, and your substance, and your fine apparel, and the adorning of your churches, more than ye love the poor and the needy, the sick and the afflicted.

"O ye pollutions, ye hypocrites, ye teachers, who sell yourselves for that which will canker, why have ye polluted the holy church of God? Why are ye ashamed to take upon you the name of Christ? Why do ye not think that greater is the value of an endless happiness than that misery which never dies—because of the praise of the world?

"Why do ye adorn yourselves with that which hath no life, and yet suffer the hungry, and the needy, and the naked, and the sick and the afflicted to pass by you, and notice them not?

"Yea, why do ye build up your secret abominations to get gain, and cause that widows should mourn before the Lord, and also orphans to mourn before the Lord, and also the blood of their fathers and their husbands to cry unto the Lord from the ground, for vengeance upon your heads?

"Behold, the sword of vengeance hangeth over you; and the time soon cometh that he avengeth the blood of the saints upon you, for he will not suffer their cries any longer."

LDS/Mormons, what do you think your Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ, who, as a resurrected being, who came to The Book of Mormon people to teach them what they needed to know to be saved, what do you think Mormon meant when he wrote about what Jesus "did truly teach the people" about "the great and last day, when all people, and all kindreds, and all nations and tongues shall stand before God, to be judged of their works, whether they be good or whether they be evil—If they be good, to the resurrection of everlasting life; and if they be evil, to the resurrection of damnation; being on a parallel, the one on the one hand and the other on the other hand, according to the mercy, and the justice, and the holiness which is in Christ, who was before the world began."

What do you think Mormon meant by this, ye evil, blind, perverse people?

Above we quoted our Book of Mormon, 3 Nephi 26:4-5. Where do you think we got this passage of scripture? What do you think we were thinking when we put these exact words in the text on our gold plates?

"If they be good, to the resurrection of everlasting life; and if they be evil, to the resurrection of damnation."

We got it from the New Testament.

When your Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ, explained about the judgment he was going to make on "all nations." READ IT IN CONTEXT AND HONESTY:

"And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal." (New Testament, Matthew 25:46.)

Listen closely, you corrupt, perverse, and abominable people, members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Do you think for a moment that your personal and collective success at acquiring wealth is a good thing ... a good "doing"?

That's not what Moroni saw in his vision.

"Do ye not suppose that such things are abominable unto him who created all flesh?"

Pay attention, for once, to "the word which [we shall] declare unto you":

"... that many of you have begun to search for gold, and for silver, and for all manner of precious ores, in the which this land, which is a land of promise unto you and to your seed, doth abound most plentifully.

"And the hand of providence hath smiled upon you most pleasingly, that you have obtained many riches; and because some of you have obtained more abundantly than that of your brethren ye are lifted up in the pride of your hearts, and wear stiff necks and high heads because of the costliness of your apparel, and persecute your brethren because ye suppose that ye are better than they.

"And now, my brethren, do ye suppose that God justifieth you in this thing? Behold, I say unto you, Nay. But he condemneth you, and if ye persist in these things his judgments must speedily come unto you."

What are these judgments?
