Who is the TRUE owner of The Book of Mormon? Who holds the "legal" copyright? The answer: the one who has [had] the gold plates. There can be no other.

Pearl Publishing, LLC., is seeking to register the U.S. Trademark "The Book of Mormon Bicentennial®." However, they are facing some opposition from their trademark attorney. Pearl has a competent legal team with some expertise in business matters.
I owned the gold plates! There's no doubt about it. Can I prove it in court of law? As much as Joseph Smith, Jr. could have proven that he was the "AUTHOR and PROPRIETOR" of The Book of Mormon in 1830.
What evidence do I have?
I "translated" the sealed portion of the gold plates. I "retranslated" the section known as "The Book of Lehi (Lost 116-Page Manuscript)," mostly written by Martin Harris, who received dictation directly from Joseph Smith, Jr., who got the text directly from the gold plates as guided by the "Three Nephites and John the Beloved," now known as the Real Illuminati®.
Since neither Joseph Smith, Jr. nor I was permitted to show the plates beyond the commands written in The Book of Mormon*, and the Real Illuminati® are indeed real, there should be no doubt about who holds the copyright to the "translated" unsealed part of the gold plates (the 1830 The Book of Mormon) and the sealed part (the 2004 The Sealed Portion—The Final Testimony of Jesus Christ).
*Here are those commands:
"And now I, Moroni, have written the words which were commanded me, according to my memory; and I have told you the things which I have sealed up; therefore touch them not in order that ye may translate; for that thing is forbidden you, except by and by it shall be wisdom in God. And behold, ye may be privileged that ye may show the plates unto those who shall assist to bring forth this work; And unto three shall they be shown by the power of God; wherefore they shall know of a surety that these things are true. And in the mouth of three witnesses shall these things be established; and the testimony of three, and this work, in the which shall be shown forth the power of God and also his word, of which the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost bear record—and all this shall stand as a testimony against the world at the last day."
(BOM, Ether 5:1-4.)
I am asserting a legal position.
I held the copyright to the 1830 The Book of Mormon because I had in my possession and was responsible for the gold plates from which it was derived. To protect the integrity of the plates and adhere to the original creators' mandates, I've provided evidence that should hold up in a court of law that these plates were in my personal possession. (There are other very clear and empirical circumstantial evidences.)
I legally transferred the copyrights to Pearl Publishing, LLC. Pearl should have that document.
I insist that Pearl use its attorneys, if necessary, to prove I was the rightful owner of the gold plates before transferring these rights to Pearl, and that I legally transferred my ownership and the copyright of the information on those plates to Pearl Publishing, LLC., Melba, Idaho 83641.
No one else on this earth can prove legal ownership.
I demand that Pearl Publishing, LLC. protect the copyright, in a court of law, if necessary.
I have the right to any website or name associated with the text of what are known as The Gold Plates of Mormon.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is fraudulently using 1830 The Book of Mormon to mislead people into converting to their religion. I have a legal and moral duty to stop it.
